Once your order has shipped, You'll receive a tracking link to your email.

Most of our items can we shipped worldwide! Unfortunately, Loungefly is only able to be sold in the United States and Canada due to licensing.

Your tracking information will note where the delivery driver left your package upon delivery. Please check the “Proof of Delivery” on the carrier's tracking details page to determine where or with whom your package was left.

If you still cannot
find your package, please check nearby or with you lobby manager and neighbors. If you are still unable to find your package, please let us
know by contacting us by emailwithin 2 business days.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost orders submitted with incorrect information or for packages missing once in the shipping carrier's possession. We
suggest purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. Most orders will be replaced or
refunded.
