  • Orders usually ship out the same or next business day! If it's been longer than 4 business days and your order still hasn't shipped, reach out to us and we can help you out!

  • Once a refund is processed on our end, It usually take 24-48 business hours to show up. If it's been longer, please contact your bank and they should be able to help you out.

  • If you used ShopPay to checkout, We are seeing a glitch in the system where there are 2 authorized charges. Only 1 of these charges goes through, but it does take a few days. If you'd like the situation resolved immediately, your bank will be able to reverse it for you.

  • We restock items daily on our website! If you're looking for Jellycats, they are currently experiencing production issues and we will likely not be restocking or restocking small quantities for the foreseeable future.
